1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any damage or missing item claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Used, washed, or worn products
• Products without original tags or packaging

3. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for size issues (subject to availability).
• Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange shipping charges may apply.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only processed for eligible returns after quality inspection.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

5. Reverse Pickup

• Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
• In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Important Notes

• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
